When S&S finished cleaning the carpet it changed the look of the whole upstairs. The carpet was like new carpet. I had Stanley Steamer do the previous cleaning and there was no comparison. S&S put down a pretreatment prior to cleaning and that was not done with the previous cleaning (Stanley Steamer). I have to believe it makes a huge difference. No shortcuts.
